hahaha I love how he’s “faking it” even though it’s still a wound that would kill practically anyone else. 

My guess is a sphere wouldn’t kill him, and the creampuffs are either leaking out of him since he ate them (although he likely only sucked the red out of them instead if actually eating them) or they may be a part of the reason why there’s a stain on his shirt? Though he may actually bleed. But I don’t actually believe a sphere would kill him.

I took it as the creampuffs are making the stain, the spear going through him and not hurting him could be because he can phase things through his body.
